Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Black Moon Cosmetics is 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. All of our products are also 100% vegan, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
